Following modern trends in IT technology and in order to provide quality of services, the CDA introduced e-account service on its website. The service is available to registered users 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without limiting number of requests for reports. Everything you need to become a client is a computer with an internet connection, a digital certificate issued by the Montenegro Post and registration with the CDA for the use of e-account. Transactions and operations in the personal accounts can be checked at any time and from any place by the client.
What is e-account?
E-account is a web service designed to issuers of securities and registered legal entities and individuals.
E-account provide the following services to issuers:
- Download the list of shareholders on the last day of settlement
- Download short capital structure on the last day of settlement
- Download extracts of ownership on the last day of settlement
E-account provide the following services to security holders:
- Download extracts of ownership on the last day of settlement
- Change of data account statement for determined period of time
- Statement of pledge
- List of applications to take over bid
- Confirmation of "to street" transfer- the transfer of securities to the position reserved for the participating members.
Why e-account?
- Provides much more convenient and clear insight into current account balance and changes of the account he or she is the owner/holder than via IVR (interactive voice response) system CDA, which is in native language only.
- Offers new reports that were not available via IVR system CDA
- All of the above reports are available in real-time with no delays
- Service security is provided by the use of trustworthy digital certificates
- Reports are available for viewing and printing in Word, Excel or PDF formats
- There is no limit on the number of times you request reports
- It saves the time required to issuing reports or making time consuming phone calls to IVR
How to get e-account?
E-account service activation can make issuers and stockholders, in the CDA customer office personally, or by the person authorized for representation. This service is charged according to the price list available on the CDA website www.cda.me.
